Here’s some top tips when registering your return:
Your order number / ID needs to be in this format: OP000000UK or OP000000US - check your order confirmation email or log into your account to find this.
The portal will ask you for either your email, postcode or phone number. Don't include them all!
If you’re still seeing an error message, it might be that you’re outside our returns period. This is 30 days (UK customers only) and 40 days (international).
