Here’s some top tips when registering your return:
- Your order number / ID needs to be in this format: OP000000UK or OP000000US - check your order confirmation email or log into your account to find this.
- The portal will ask you for either your email, postcode or phone number. Don't include them all!
- If you’re still seeing an error message, it might be that you’re outside our returns period. For UK this is 21 days for a refund or exchange from the date your order was placed and 30 days for store credit. For international returns the policy is 30 days to return your order for a refund or exchange and 45 days to return your order for store credit, from the date your order was placed.
