Made a mistake with your order? Not to worry, we've got you! You're now able to edit or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.
You can do this on the order confirmation page on our website. Please note, if any payment is required (e.g. shipping upgrade, adding products) you'll be taken to our checkout where you can use all our available payment methods. This must be paid within the 15 minute window.
These are the edits you're able to make:
Shipping address
- You can update any part of your shipping address, or even enter a completely new one. If you change the shipping country, you may also need to update your shipping method and cover any additional costs if the new method is more expensive.
Upgrade shipping method
- In a rush? If you need your order sooner, you can choose a faster shipping method if available, and pay for the upgrade during the editing process.
Product size
- Need a different size? It’s easy to swap sizes, as long as the size you want is in stock.
Product colour
If you want to change your order to the same product in a different colour - no problem! This will be dependant on stock availability.
Add or remove products
- Want to add extra items? You can easily add products to your order, you will taken to the checkout to pay the difference. You can also remove products from your order, and we’ll issue a refund for the removed items.
Cancel your order
- If you no longer need your order, you can also choose to cancel it and we'll issue a full refund.
