How do I buy item(s) on Oh Polly Pre-Loved?
- Create an account - Get started by signing up here to browse and search a range of pre-loved Oh Polly styles.
- Browse & add item(s) to your bag - You can add multiple items from the same seller and pay one shipping fee. If you're purchasing from multiple sellers, separate postage fees will apply for each.
- Checkout - When you're ready, head to the checkout and enter your name, shipping address, phone number, and payment details to complete your order. All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment including, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
- Track your order - Once your purchase is confirmed, you can view and track your orders anytime via your Oh Polly Pre-Loved account page.
Re-listing resale item
If you receive an item and decide it’s not right for you, for example, if it doesn’t fit, you can relist it on Oh Polly Pre-Loved at no extra cost, with no commission or fees. In order to qualify, please email support@treet.co within 72 hours of receiving the item with the following information:
- Order # of the original purchase
- New listing
- Brief description of why they will be re-listing the item
After receiving the above information, Treet will approve the listing and waive the commission fee once it’s sold.
How do I sell item(s) on Oh Polly Pre-Loved?
1. Create a Pre-Loved account - To get started, head over to Oh Polly Pre-Loved and create an account. This account is separate from your main Oh Polly account and is used specifically for buying and selling pre-loved items.
2. Choose an item to sell - Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your past Oh Polly purchases, which you can select from to list for resale*. Alternatively, you can use the resale search bar or browse category options to find and list an item manually.
*Please note, underwear and non-returnable items such as socks & hair accessories as well new in collections (within 4 weeks of launching) cannot be listed for resale. For a full list on non returnable items, see our terms and conditions.
3. Provide item details - You’ll be asked a few questions about your item, including:
- Item category
- Size
- Condition (only items in ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ condition, with or without tags, can be listed)
- A short item description
4. Upload clear photos - You’ll need to upload several images to help buyers see the full quality of your piece:
- Front view of the item
- Back view of the item
- Brand tag
- Retail or hang tag
- Additional photos (optional: worn images, close-ups etc.)
Treet will moderate all listings within approximately 24 hours of them being submitted. They will check:
- The item is in good or excellent condition
- Has tags if the customers has specified it is new with tags
- Has the inside sewn Oh Polly label to verify it is authentic
- Matches the item SKU it is listed under
5. Set your price - List your item for a price lower than the original retail price. You can also choose to enable ‘Price Drop’, which automatically reduces the item’s price by 10% each week until it reaches your set minimum.
6. Manage your listings - All your listed items will appear on your Pre-Loved account page. Buyers can either browse all listings or shop directly from your seller profile.
7. Ship your item once it sells - When your item sells, you’ll be notified. As the seller, it’s your responsibility to package and post the item to the buyer’s address using your chosen delivery method. If you do not ship the order within the 7-day shipping window, Treet will automatically cancel the order and refund the purchase.
How do I get paid after selling an item?
Sellers can opt to receive a cash payment for their items onto their card, or store credit to spend on the Oh Polly site.
Once the item is delivered and verified (manually by the buyer or auto-verified after 72 hours), you will receive an email asking how you would like to redeem their funds, cash or credit.
To redeem the funds as credit, you will receive an email immediately upon verification with their gift card for use on Oh Polly.
To redeem your funds as cash, you will be prompted to enter your bank account details and a direct deposit will be sent within 7 business days.
How do I return my Oh Polly Pre-Loved item(s)?
You can request a return directly via the your purchases page on your Oh Polly Pre-Loved account. Simply click on the item you'd like to return and select request return.
Treet will review the request and respond with any additional questions or required photos.
If your request is accepted, Treet will provide a return shipping label to print and return the item within 72 hours.
Once tracking info shows the item is in the mail, Treet will issue the refund.
What’s covered for a return?
- Misrepresented items: The item has notable differences that weren’t mentioned in the original post.
- Incorrect items: The item from the original post is not the item that was received.
- Inauthentic items: The item is not an authentic piece from Oh Polly.
- Item is lost in transit: The buyer has had a notification from the courier that the item has been lost or they have not received the item.
Is my purchase protected?
All orders made through Treet are covered by Treet Protection. You are protected if:
- There's an issue with the order. You can file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving the item.
- If you have been notified that the order has been lost in transit, you can file a claim within 72 hours of receiving this notification.
You should submit your return request via the 'Your Purchases' page.
If more than 72 hours have passed after delivery of the item, without receiving a verification or claim, Treet will automatically verify the order and returns / claims will no longer be possible.
