If you spotted a piece you love on our Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok but can't find it on our site, it usually means one of three things: it hasn’t dropped yet, it sold out quickly, or it was a limited edition piece that has been discontinued.

It might be a new collection dropping soon

If our social media caption says a collection is "dropping soon," it won't be on the website just yet.

Tip: Turn on post notifications for our social pages (click the three dots in the top right corner of our profile and toggle notifications on). You'll be notified the second we post that the collection is live!

How to search for items on our site

If the item is already live, try these quick steps to find it:

• Use keywords: Search the website using simple terms for the colour, fabric, or fit (e.g., "pink satin maxi" or "linen shirt dress").

• Check the social post: Look closely at the caption, comments, or tagged products in the original post for a specific product name or style code.

• Filter your search: Head to the relevant category (like "New In" or "Dresses") and filter by your size and colour.
