If you are getting an "invalid code" error at checkout, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

Check your store

Our gift cards are currency-specific. If you have a USD ($) gift card, it will only work on our US store (us.ohpolly.com). It will show as invalid if you try to use it on the UK/International store (ohpolly.com), or vice versa. Always make sure you are shopping on the correct site for your card's currency.

Double check the 16-digit code

Make sure you are entering the full 16-digit code found in your confirmation email (you can find this by clicking the "Click here to access your gift card code" button). Type it out manually without any spaces, copying and pasting can accidentally include hidden spaces at the beginning or end of the code.

Watch for easily confused characters

Look closely at your code for letters and numbers that look similar. It is easy to mix up the number 0 vs. the letter O, or the number 1 vs. the letter I.

Check your order type

Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for Shop Now or Instant Exchange orders. If you have either of these in your cart, you will need to use an alternative payment method.
