If you're having some issues with your Unlimited Next Day Delivery applying at checkout, we suggest to do the following:

• Ensure you have met the £40 minimum spend
• Log in to your Oh Polly account
• Enter your billing/shipping address
• Enter your payment details

This should then recognise your account as eligible for Unlimited Next Day Delivery and the shipping option should change for you. 

Checking out on the app

Please do the following:

Don't checkout using express Applepay - your Applepay won't recognise that you have the offer

• Instead, click "Checkout" and choose your preferred payment
• Make sure you're signed into the correct email and input your shipping details
• Add your payment details (if you're using card)
• Click on the shipping options. If Unlimited Priority Delivery still shows as £9.99 (see below), we still recommend selecting the delivery option. As long as you complete the steps above, when you completed checkout, it'll change to FREE / £0.00

• Double check your summary, this should change to FREE / £0.00
