To check why the code isn't working, we'd recommend following these steps:
- Double check that your discount code is within the expiry date. Our expiry dates are set as: DAY - MONTH - YEAR
- You're only using one code or promotional offer. Sale items are excluded from discount codes unless stated otherwise.
Make sure that the collection/item is eligible for discount. Collections excluded that are classed as New In are:
- Bo&Tee Downtime Collection
- Under a Spell
- In Essence
- Sale

If the code isn't Student or Graduate discount, please refer to the T&C's on the social media post, website banner or at bottom of the email in small print.
Please note that our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, and there may be exclusions including New In and Sale.
