We want to make getting your order as convenient and hassle-free as possible. Many of our courier partners give you the option to designate a preferred safe place - such as a porch, shed, or with a neighbour - if you know you won't be in to receive your package. You can usually select this directly through the courier's tracking link once your order is on its way.

For UK orders, if you're out and haven't specified a safe place, your driver may still leave your parcel in a secure spot on your doorstep. This helps ensure you get your items as quickly as possible without the delay of a missed delivery or a trip to a local depot. If your driver feels there isn't a safe location to leave your parcel, they will attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions.
