All delivery fees are non-refundable* unless the issue is due to our error on our side. 

*If you've paid through Klarna, Clearpay or AfterPay and you've returned all the items, you'll still have the original delivery fee left to pay. 

Return fees are also non refundable and these will be deducted from your return. These fees will vary depending on the country you are returning from. If you're a new customer, your first return will be free of charge (excluding self post countries).
