All delivery fees are non-refundable*. 

If you've paid through Klarna, Clearpay or AfterPay and you've returned all the items, you'll still have the original delivery fee left to pay. 

Return fees are also non refundable and these will be deducted from your return. These fees will vary depending on the country you are returning from. If you're a new customer, your first return will be free of charge (excluding self post countries). 

*Refund eligibility depends on the shipping terms that applied to your order, including the delivery promise, the carrier used, and whether the delay was within our control. You may be eligible for a delivery fee refund if you paid for Express shipping and the carrier failed to meet the promised timeframe. However, refunds are not granted for delays caused by events outside our control (such as severe weather or carrier-wide disruptions).
