We aim to process returns within 25 days of them arriving back to our warehouse (excluding weekends).
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you an email to confirm this. From this point, refunds usually take around 48-72 hours to clear and show in your account.

If you've sent back two parcels for the same order, they'll most likely be refunded at different times. So please allow extra time for these to be processed. If you paid part gift card and debit/credit card, the refund will go to the gift card first. Use the original gift card code to redeem on your next order.
