You can return your items easily at any participating drop-off location, including local partner stores and ParcelShop points.

How it works:

Register your return: First, log into our Returns portal to request your return and generate your QR code or printable label.

Find a location: Check opening hours and find your nearest drop-off point before heading out.

Drop off your parcel: Present your QR code or label at the counter, or scan it at a self-service kiosk if available.
