If your tracking shows ‘Return to Sender,’ this is typically due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Difficulty locating your address or building
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Delivery refused by the recipient
Once a returned parcel is received at our warehouse, it will be automatically processed for a refund to the original payment method.
If you would prefer a replacement instead, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange this for you. Replacements can only be processed if the refund has not yet been completed and are subject to stock availability.
When placing your order we’d advise the following:
- Double check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it’s correct
- Monitor your tracking information to anticipate delivery
- Ensure someone is available to accept the package or check with your local carrier for pickup instructions if delivery is missed
