UK customers are more than welcome to return a sale item providing it’s unworn, undamaged and in line with our Terms & Conditions.

- UK customers have 21 days to return for a refund or exchange, extended to 30 days for store credit. 

- International customers have 30 days to return for a refund or exchange, extended to 45 days for store credit.

AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS:

Australian & New Zealand customers are also welcome to return a sale item for a refund, this is providing it’s unworn, undamaged and in line with our Terms & Conditions. You have 30 days to return for a refund or exchange, extended to 45 days for store credit.

US customers are able to return sale items for store credit only. You have 45 days to return sale items. You can return your parcel here.

If you decide to exchange your sale item for a new size, we will honour the sale price. If you use our onsite exchange experience to exchange for a different colour or item entirely, you will be provided credit to spend for the sale price your purchased the item for.
