You can now update the address on your return, or cancel your return label directly through our returns portal, quick and easy!
How to update your shipping address (for exchanges):
If you need to change the address for your exchange, you can do this before the exchange is created.
Here’s how:
Enter your order number and email or postcode in the returns portal.
Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
When you reach the Review your return page, click Edit next to your shipping address.
Update your address and select Save Changes.
Submit your return as normal.
Once saved, you’ll see the updated address on your return confirmation, and we’ll continue processing your exchange using the new details.
Already registered your return? If you’ve already registered your return, you can still update your address as long as the exchange hasn’t been processed yet and your return isn’t already in transit. Simply go to your confirmation email, click the "View your return" button, update the address, and save the changes. The new address will apply to your exchange.
How to cancel your return label:
No longer wish to return, or need to make changes? You can cancel your return label in a few simple steps.
If you haven't registered your return yet:
Enter your order number and email or postcode in the returns portal.
Select your return and choose Edit your return.
If you have already registered your return:
Open your confirmation email and click the "View your return" button.
Once on the page, choose Edit your return.
Next steps for both: 3. Choose Cancel return label. 4. Pick one of the cancellation reasons shown. 5. Confirm your choice when the pop-up appears.
You’ll then see a confirmation page, and we’ll also send you an email to let you know your return has been cancelled.
A few important things to know:
If your return is already in transit or has been processed, the option to edit or cancel may no longer be available.
Your name and email can’t be edited in the portal, only the shipping address for exchanges. We are also unable to cancel Instant Exchanges.
If you’ve already printed and used the label before cancelling, the tracking number will still show on our system.
