How do I make a claim with Protect+? If you’ve purchased Protect+and need to make a claim, head here.
What am I covered for? Protect Plus covers, lost, damaged, stolen packages in transit, delivered but not received claims, damaged/faulty items & return to sender issues. Please note that it covers outbound delivery only and not returns.
What am I not covered for? Fraudulent or intentionally misleading claims, damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorised repairs, claims submitted outside required timeframes set by Oh Polly and items not eligible under Oh Polly's policies.
How long will my claim take? Protect+ aim to review and resolve submitted claims and documentation within 1 working day.
How long before my delivery is classed as lost? If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 7+ days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.
What do I get if my claim is successful? You can opt for a refund or replacement of your order.
How long do I have to make a claim? 45 days depending on the claim type. This is from the date you placed your order.
How do I get a refund for Protect+? If your order is in transit we are unable to refund Protect+. We also do not refund if you choose to return your items.
