Yes! Exchanges free for UK customers. Please ensure your return is in line with our policy. Exchanges must be made within the return timeframe as outlined below:
Orders must be returned back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, from the date your order is delivered, extended to 30 days for store credit.
All exchange orders will be shipped via Economy shipping and you’ll receive a new order confirmation email once the exchange has been processed.
If you’re returning an order for part exchange and part refund, your return will only be free if your exchange value outweighs your refund value. As exchanges are a quicker return method, you may receive your exchange before the refund is processed for your remaining item(s).
To prevent your exchange from going out of stock during the return process, an exchange will not be possible if we have fewer than 10 items available in your size. In this case, you will then need to return for store credit or a refund instead.
If you opt for an exchange, stock won’t be reserved until you’ve dropped your return off. If by the time you’ve dropped your return off, your exchange is no longer in stock, we’ll issue store credit for the same amount and you’ll receive an email with a code you can use at checkout. This means you can shop the products when they return back in stock using your store credit. Alternatively, if you would prefer a refund back to your original payment method, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to process this for you instead.
Instant Exchanges
Alternatively, we also also offer Instant Exchanges. With an Instant Exchange, your new order will be processed as soon as you've registered your return, so you don't have to wait until we've received your other item(s).
Once you have submitted your return, your new order will be picked & packed, ready for dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation for this within 24 hours. We'll hold the full charge on your card which will be returned to you once you've posted your item(s) back. You will enter your card details at the point of registration. Please note, you will need to return your order within 14 days of submitting your return. If your return is not sent back to us within this timeframe, your card will automatically be charged.
Each item is limited to one exchange.
Please note, we're unable to deliver exchanges to Click & Collect addresses. If your original order was delivered to a Click & Collect address, and you've requested an exchange, we'll be in touch with you to update this to a home address. Once this is updated, you'll receive your return confirmation including your label or QR code.
