Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it needs to be inspected and approved before your refund is released. After we approve it, your bank or payment provider takes a few business days to process the money back into your account.
Note: Refund times depend entirely on your bank or payment provider and cannot be sped up by our team.
What to check first
- Check the return confirmation to make sure the items were marked as received and refunded.
- Review your order details to confirm which items were refunded.
- Allow the stated processing time to pass before expecting the refund to appear.
- Check the original payment method, bank account, or card statement for any pending or reversed transaction.

* If you chose a gift card for your return outcome, a brand new code will be generated and emailed to you once approved. If you originally paid with a gift card, the refund will automatically go back onto that same card, so please keep your original code handy!
What to do if the refund is still pending
- Wait until the stated processing period has passed.
- Check your email for any updates about the return or refund.
- Confirm that the refund has not already been issued to the original payment method.
- Contact support if the refund remains pending after the expected timeframe.
