If you returned your order using our returns portal, you can track the progress of your return via the email sent to you after submitting your return.
If you didn't return through our portal, we'd recommend reaching out to the courier you used to post your parcel to see if they’re able to provide you with a return tracking number or link.
If you're unable to track your return or contact the courier, please don’t worry! We'll be in touch once your return has been received and your return is complete. We work hard to ensure all returns are processed within 6 days of them arriving back to us (excluding weekends).
