If you are purchasing to a country in the EU:
We have arranged with our international mail providers to cover these fees on behalf of our EU customers, so you will not see any unexpected charges upon delivery. If for any reason you do, feel free to get in touch below and we will reimburse you.
If you are purchasing to a country outside of the EU:
If you're outside the UK/EU, your order may be subject to customs fees. These are usually charged once your parcel arrives in its destination country, and it's the recipient's responsibility to pay these. If you do not pay, your order will be held or returned back to us. We have no control over these charges and we're unable to tell you what the cost may be, as policies vary from country to country.

Can I get a refund on the customs fees paid, if I return the items?
The good news is that in certain cases, it is possible to seek a refund for customs fees after returning the items! However, this is not something Oh Polly is able to do on your behalf.
We’d therefore recommend reaching out to your local customs department directly, and showing the evidence of the return; such as tracking information, a proof of postage, or confirmation of the return arriving at Oh Polly.
While not guaranteed, most customs departments will refund the fees paid and it’s best to speak to them directly regarding this.
